I finally saw Tapeheads, which I watched basically because a) Stiv and b) Bators. Stiv Bators is in it as Dick Slammer, obnoxious lead singer of The Blender Children.
The song they sing is Mr. MX-7, which was released as Stiv Bators and the Zeroes:
